The Hill Imaging Center, Inc. offers the following services:

CT Services

Computed Tomography (CT), also called CAT scan, is a type of diagnostic test that combines X-rays and computer technology to provide views of soft tissue, bones and blood vessels. The technology creates sectional images, or "slices," of the organs, tissues or vessels under evaluation.

CT Lung Screening

Low Dose Lung Screening is a screening exam that focuses on the lungs to detect lung cancer at its early stages. New CT technology and methodology finds cancer before any symptoms arise. The majority of cancers found with CT technology can be cured if diagnosed in the early stages. It saves lives and reassures healthy living through the early detection.

Digital Mammography

Digital Mammography refers to x-ray examination of the breast and yields information on the interior of the breast. Digital Mammography is used to detect and diagnose breast disease both in women who have breast symptoms (problems such as a lump or nipple discharge) and women who are asymptomatic (no breast complaints).

What is Screening Digital Mammography?

Screening digital mammography is an x-ray examination of the breast in a woman who is asymptomatic (has no breast complaints). Screening digital mammography usually involves two views (x-ray pictures) of each breast. For some patients, additional pictures may be needed at screening to include as much breast tissue as possible.

Open MRI

Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) exams enable physicians to see inside the body without using X-rays. Instead, Open MRI creates images by using radio waves, a computer and a powerful magnet approximately 7,000-times stronger than the magnetic force of the earth.

General Ultrasound

Ultrasound imaging, also called ultrasound scanning or sonography, is a method of obtaining images from inside the human body through the use of high-frequency sound waves. The reflected sound wave echoes are recorded and displayed as a real-time visual image. No ionizing radiation (x-ray) is involved in ultrasound imaging.

Vascular Ultrasound

Vascular ultrasound imaging of the body's veins and arteries can help the radiologist see and evaluate blockages to blood flow, such as clots in veins and plaque in arteries. With knowledge about the arterial blood flow gained from an ultrasound image, radiologists can often determine whether you are a good candidate for a procedure like angioplasty.

X-Ray

X-ray or radiography, is the oldest and most frequently used form of medical imaging. Discovered more than a century ago, x-rays can produce images of the structures inside the human body.
